By using MarketStart ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free users, and paying customers.

What the Service Does

MarketStart generates go-to-market strategy reports using artificial intelligence based on the product information you provide. Reports are generated for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee business outcomes from the use of any report.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful business planning purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to generate content for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Resell access to the Service without authorization.

Free Reports

Free reports are limited per IP address per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to adjust free limits at any time. Free reports are gated and require payment to unlock the full content.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once a report is unlocked and delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for generated reports. If you believe there was an error with your payment, contact us within 7 days.

Intellectual Property

The content of your generated report is yours to use for your business. You retain ownership of the product information you submit. MarketStart retains ownership of the platform, prompts, and underlying systems that generate reports.

AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that does not apply to your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any recommendations before acting on them. MarketStart is not liable for decisions made based on report content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketStart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where MarketStart operates.
